Lemon essential oil can be diffused safely when used appropriately. When diffused it’s mood lifting, supports immune function and helps to clear the airways. I would recommend to avoid diffusing essential oils with babies under 6 months. This is not meant to alarm parents in any way, it is just a general precaution.

Instructions to diffuse:
The general recommended dilution in 200ml of water is

  • Plain tap water only for newborns
  • 1-3 drops of Young Living Lemon essential oil for babies over 3 months and children.

So tell me, will the Lemon oil be one of your new favourites too?
